The JKP story so far….
Founded in 2000 by Jason Powell, JKP quickly became one of the leading European independent manufacturers of tinplate and aluminium packaging components, tins and containers. Now, after over two decades of continuous improvement, ongoing and significant investment resulting in year on year growth, we have one of the most modern and precise metal packaging plants in Europe, with a broad and diverse client base.
JKP was created with one main goal in mind – to be the best.
Our foundations of great customer service, best in class products, stringent quality control, industry-leading NPD, innovation and reliability, coupled with a team of quite simply the most capable engineers and manufacturing personnel in the business, continue to keep us at the forefront of our industry.
In the early days...
JKP supplied almost entirely to other manufacturers, not only in the UK but in Europe and the USA also. Fast forward and JKP now has a much more diverse client base including contract fillers, manufacturers of food and personal care products and lists some extremely well known iconic brands in its portfolio.
JKP remains, and always will be an independent family-owned business. Our factory is ours, we have no shareholders to cloud our vision and we have total control over the products we make, the markets we serve, the quality we insist upon, and the service that ensures we continue to grow through unparalleled levels of repeat business, complementing continuous new product development.
