Meet the Team
Every single member of the JKP family is as important as the rest, but here’s the crew that looks after you, the customer directly.
Rhys Powell – General Manager
As General Manager, Rhys is responsible for overseeing the entire operation, maintaining and improving operational efficiencies and leading company projects. In addition he manages the production and planning staff as well as logistics.
In his spare time, he is a music lover and enjoys playing the piano.
Chris Milnes – Business Development and ComplianceManager
Chris has around 20 years sales, business development and account management experience within metal packaging both domestically and internationally.
Chris is responsible for new business development within JKP as well as managing some of our larger accounts. As our Senior client interface Chris also oversees our ISO and FSSC compliance and management.
When he’s not working Chris, a keen amateur pilot, will be found either whizzing around the sky or wheezing around a tennis court
Harry Smith – Technical Manager
Harry has been with JKP since summer 2018 after graduating from university with a degree in Architecture, since joining JKP he has completed a HNC in Mechanical Engineering and is looking forward to progressing further in his studies.
Harry works closely with the rest of the engineering team to design and create tooling for new products as well as maintaining the existing wide range of tooling available on site.
Outside of work Harry enjoys rock climbing and spending time with his family and friends.
Rebecca Owen – Sales Office Administrator
Rebecca has been with JKP Tins since 2018 and deals with the Sales Administration along with dealing with customer queries and invoicing.
When not at JKP Rebecca enjoys the comforts of home and spending lots of quality time with her family
Jack Bowler – Production Manager
Originally came from a background in accounting and finance, Jack moved into the metal packaging industry around 2018.
Jack is responsible for both production planning and purchasing, as well as the day to day tasks involving keeping customers happy.
In his spare time he likes to exercise and play sport and is a keen travel enthusiast.
Kas Powell – Financial Controller
Kas is responsible for management accounts, financial reporting, stock control both internally and with suppliers and a host of other reporting functions
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling (especially around Asia) and spending time with her 3 cats as well as socialising with her friends and family.
Jade Martin - Financial Controller
Jade has around 14 years accounts, financial and clerical experience within various business sectors. Jade is responsible for running the accounts/finance department and preparing the management accounts pack at month end. When she’s not working Jade loves time with her family, keeping her two children entertained and walking/exploring holidays.
